Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day no questions asked return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  It is our goal to rectify and amend any concerns, or problems you encounter with the product.  We will provide a 100% refund, credited to your method of payment and email you a prepaid return label and instructions on where to send your package. 

We kindly request, but do not require that you give us a reason for the return, so that we can fix problems and find ways to better serve you and others in the future.  You will receive your full refund once we receive your return. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
